Sir Lovelot

Good short platformer for the price.

Sir Lovelot is a precision puzzle 2D platformer with terrific pixel-art. It has hidden paths and items in each level except the final one with a boss fight. The game will be moderately difficult for 2D platformer veterans and it gets longer and harder as you progress through the game as it introduces new enemies and hazards to avoid. It will become difficult for completionist trying to compete on the game's leaderboards. There seems to be unlimited lives but there is an optional goal to avoid dying too many times in each level. Sir Lovelot must find a flower and bring it to the damsel in the tower in order to complete each level. The levels are zoomed out. This helps you figure out how to navigate through the levels but it also requires more precision and attention to detail to avoid enemies and hazards like spikes. The levels are colorful and there are 4 locations to transverse with 42 levels in all. Sir Lovelot can double jump or jump and then dash. He can dash while swimming too. He can wall jump. He attacks by firing a medium-range projectile at enemies in all directions he isn't currently touching.
