This game is quite fun and I lost my first run 5 hours in because I misread what I was supposed to be doing. My main complaint is the amount of time you have to send your employees on vacation. The motivation factor really needs to be modified to make the game more enjoyable. Still a good game that I would recommend to anyone who can find this on sale.
