About The House of Da Vinci

About this game

Solve challenging puzzles and escape Renaissance-inspired rooms with your The House of Da Vinci Steam PC key. In this adventure strategy, you must use all your wits to find out what's behind your master's disappearance.

Solve mechanical puzzles, discover hidden objects, and dive deeper into an authentic atmosphere. The brain twisters and baffling riddles are all based on Leonardo Da Vinci's inventions.

Mysterious locations have been created based on original artworks and the wonderful Florence, Italy of 1506.

WHAT'S HAPPENED TO LEONARDO?

You are Da Vinci’s most promising apprentice. Your master, Leonardo, has disappeared.

You have no idea where he’s gone or what has happened - it's time to begin your quest and search for the truth. However, Leonardo's workshop is full of puzzles, inventions, escape mechanisms, and objects hidden in all corners of beautifully decorated rooms, so you’ll need to use all of your brain cells to find out what’s really going on!

In Blue Brain Games' own imaginative story of the world’s greatest inventor, Leonardo da Vinci, you'll have access to unique special abilities throughout the game. Warp back into your early days as a young apprentice, exploring the 16th-century world around you. Peek into Leonardo’s mechanisms, puzzles and devices as you eventually become powerful enough to control time itself and learn the secrets hidden in the past.

MASTER UNIQUE MECHANICS

Detect hidden objects by seeing through the surfaces around you. War machines, complex lockboxes, mechanical puzzles, and room escapes will all test your skills.

PEEK INTO THE PAST

An unusual gauntlet allows you to witness events that happened earlier and learn more of the story.

BACKED BY GAMERS

The House of Da Vinci was successfully funded on Kickstarter in late 2016.

The House of Da ******** a brilliant puzzle game. I finished it in one sitting because every puzzle felt logical, satisfying, and fun to solve. The atmosphere is mysterious but never scary, and the mechanical designs are insane. If you enjoy exploration and smart puzzles, this game is 100% worth it

Very fun Hidden object/puzzle game, some of the puzzles are a bit obtuse even with hints enabled so it's great for fans of the genre, less welcoming as a first time game for newcomers. Has a gallery showing Davinci's inventions once you complete the game and gather the collectibles which is a nice little extra.

The game was beautiful and had great puzzle rooms throughout. I did require some hints due to not being sure of the next steps, or what the game wanted from me, but it didnt take me out of the game. Sequel is great too. Wish there were more games like this (quality and ingenuity).

A good The Room-like game

Not quite as much depth as The Room(all 3) but very enjoyable for the same reasons.(puzzle solving and steampunk machinery appreciation) I did use some walkthroughs for some sections, but mainly because of my impatience these days.(or the 'ol hidden desk leg part I never would have thought to check) The achievement bonuses are cool since you can interact with them later.

Puzzle point and click at it's best

Very good brain workout. Some of the puzzle are a bit convoluted, but they add to the depth of the game.Graphically it looks good. The only minor,(it is a minor thing too),is sometimes navigating around can be a little tricky. There are a few easter eggs to find, but they aren't too hard to find. So in summary if you like point and click brain teasers that look as good as it is a brain teaser look no further than this.
