Thanks for hunting with us, says Capcom
Monster Hunter: World quickly became Capcom's best-selling game of all time back in 2018, scooping multiple awards and praise from critics, as well as introducing a new generation of players to the vibrant ecosystems of the New World and its fantastic monsters.
This week, Capcom confirmed that the action RPG has shipped over 13 million units worldwide, a massive achievement for the publisher. To celebrate this milestone, MHW players will be receiving some very rare items to enjoy for free. The items will be available as a Login Bonus from July 25th to August 29th.
It's fair to say that MHW players are happy with what Capcom has given them to celebrate the sales milestone - especially the Attack Jewel, which has a drop rate of around 0.07%.
The special item pack also includes:
- Appreciation Ticket x13 (Can be used to craft Gala Suit Armor, Fair Wind Lance and White Wind Lance).
- Silver Egg x13 (Can be sold for for 'Z' money).
- Gold Wyverian Print x3 (Can be exchanged for very rare materials at the Melding Pot).
- Heavy Armor Sphere (Heavy Armor Sphere is worth 200 Upgrade Points for armor - so use them wisely).
If you haven't joined the millions of gamers playing Monster Hunter: World, now's the perfect time to jump in. Grab your officially licensed Steam PC key from Fanatical. Opt for the Monster Hunter: World Deluxe Edition to get the base game, Samurai Set armor and extra cosmetics.
