"A beautiful, smartly designed game set in a gorgeous futuristic city, but with a story that doesn't quite do it justice."

"Even with a somewhat disappointing final furlong, one can't help but be satisfied by what Mankind Divided has to offer. A solid story that manages to keep its more ridiculous...

Good game with stealth mechanics and fleshouted storyline. Guns feel meaty and sound great as well.

One of the best immersive sims available despite being truncated due to developer commitments to Marvel games. Highly recommended to everyone, particularly fans of the Deus Ex series.

Despite a short campaign the game itself is very rewarding and satisfying to play

This is the second Deus Ex (the first one being human revolution) that I have played so far and I was not disappointed. In this installment, you play Adam Jensen and you have to carry out an investigation to see who are involved in an incident. Throughout its lengthy campaign, Mankind Divided rewards exploration and respects your choices. Prague is an absolutely stunning city with amazing details and visuals. My favourite feature was the fact that you were not limited to a specific kind of gameplay. For example, you can choose to go full commando and kill your enemies or choose the stealth route to enter the enemy's base without being detected. If you feel a little adventurous, you can do a combination of the two. This gives this game a good re-play value.

A worthy follow up to previous masterpieces: the first Deus Ex (many consider it one of the most influential games of all times) and Human Revolution. If you haven't played those, get them before this one.

If you're a fan of Arkane games (or any immersive sim), this game is great. It's very unfortunate that a sequel is probably years away, but this game gives you a ton of freedom and choice. It's surprisingly demanding for being an older game and you may need to adjust your CPU affinity settings to be half of the total cores it has to prevent crashing. Would highly recommend if you were a fan of the first game.

This game has 4 opening cutscenes, so you can really tell it came out a year after Metal Gear Solid V.
