TRUST NO ONE
If the price is right, the finger of your most trusted ally will be on the trigger. Your targets may hide in the most remote areas of the planet, but their destruction is never prevented - only postponed. Aside from each target, Agent 47’s past catches up with him, leading to an intriguing narrative in and out of each mission.
DISGUISE SURPRISE
Take down enemies and steal their uniforms to gain access to dangerous sections of each mission. Keep a close eye on ‘suspicion’ level to ensure that guards and other AI don’t recognize your face… or the body you forgot to hide!
LEARN YOUR TRADE
Master the art of the assassin and outsmart your enemies to achieve the ultimate goal: eliminating your target. Know when to strike instantly and when to take your time. Do your homework, track your target’s behavior and movements to help assess the perfect time to execute your potentially fatal move.
Execute your assignments using a unique array of equipment and weaponry, from armor-piercing sniper rifles and explosives to chloroform and poison darts. You’ll be able to select weapons and tools on a mission-to-mission basis.
TRAVEL THE WORLD
As Agent 47, you’ll pick up contracts in exotic locations around the globe – travelling to the likes of Sicily, St. Petersburg, Japan, Malaysia, and India. Within each location and with every mission, the outcome of your actions and proficiency as a hitman are measured on a balance between stealth and aggression.

An important aspect for any sequel is that it takes what you loved about its predecessor and improves on those elements - Hitman 2: Silent Assassin does that with an engaging narrative and open missions where players are spoilt for choice.

This is the first hitman game that I played back in 2010 on the PS2.
It was also my first stealth game and needless to say, I had a blast.
I would complete a level first through the classic ''let's kill this dude, take his disguise and then see how it goes'' approach.
After completing the level, if I was pretty satisfied with my run, I would go for the coveted ''silent assassin'' ranking. It was hard at first as you could not use your pistols for a single kill and with 21 missions, you will have more than enough time to get to get good enough to enjoy the game the way it was intended.
All in all, I think it's a really good game and I still enjoyed it even after all these years.
10 out of 10 would recommend.
