A Glimpse into the Nightmare

Killing Floor is a brutal survival horror game that immerses players in the grim, zombie-infested streets of London. This popular Steam PC game, celebrated for its intense solo campaign and six-player online co-op mode, offers a visceral, nerve-wracking journey into the heart of a post-apocalyptic city. Players must navigate through desolate buildings and face a myriad of undead horrors, each equipped with unique and deadly attacks.

Tons of Weapons

The game incorporates non-linear gameplay and open play zones that allow players to strategize their moves. It encourages effective decision-making, whether it's choosing where and when to fight, or employing diversion tactics by welding doors shut and leading the undead towards alternate paths. With over 33 weapons available, from knives and fire-axes to rifles and flamethrowers, players are well-equipped for the ensuing massacre.

Endless Possibilities

Killing Floor ensures an engaging and progressive gaming experience with its Persistent Perks system. This unique feature allows players to convert in-game achievements into permanent improvements for their characters. Tools such as welders, medical kits, and body armour further enhance the team's survival capabilities. The game also boasts of regular free updates and special events, providing continuous, fresh challenges for its players.

Great game! It's a bit old and the graphics are dated, BUT it is very easy to pick up for new people, constantly goes on sale, and can be great for lan parties with friends. The main idea is that you fight hordes of zombie-like mutants that come in waves, between each wave there's a buy stage where you buy stronger weapons as you earn cash by killing stuff and after all that is done, a boss wave that can regenerate hp and has alot more damage. There's also progression in the sense that there's "classes" for characters(called perks) that you can advance in for stuff like lower weapons cost and higher damage.

Killing Floor Review

Sam Jones
Staff Review
The zombies have struck again, but this time they've hit Britain - and they're hungry. Pulsating, electrifying and intense, Killing Floor offers players many means with which to kill the hordes of undead, and then presents it in glorious slow-motion, even during multiplayer.
