Amazing game, one of my favourite games and one of the best I've ever played.
Combat and overall gameplay are challenging but it's not nearly as dauting as I thought. For instance, I was worried that saving only when sleeping would make me lose lots of progress all the time, but there's a potion to "quick save" that's somewhat costly/rare but not too hard to obtain with effort.
Super immersive and fun gameplay, I loved every second of it and will probably play it a second time on hardcore. Exploring this map is fun - I barely ever fast travelled because it is so fun to ride around.

Deliverance delivers! Not only does this action RPG boast a huge open-world to explore that will make you want to venture back a few centuries to see it for yourself (minus the plagues and beheadings) - it also has a fantastic combat system that will test you in more ways than any other medieval sword fighting game has - or most first-person melee type games for that matter. Kickstarter fans saw the potential and backed it, and it certainly hasn't let them down!

I was sceptical about a medieval no-fantasy RPG, but it turned out to be one of my greatest gaming experiences. You can feel how much research they've done for historical accuracy, but it is not totally realistic to make it an enjoyable game.
