Fantastic trilogy of visual novels with light adventure game-like inventory puzzles. Great visuals and music, funny writing and likeable characters.

Been a long time waiting to play this series and I quite love it. As you'd expect with any game like this, you'll have moments where you have in your mind what you'd like to do/say but the game wants you to do otherwise, but I still enjoy the writing and story. Definitely highly recommend this one.

This game is more of a detective game then a law game, but it's very fun to make connections with the case and slowly get a better understanding. The game has a lot of content (3 games in 1) and has good humor. If you like the zero escape series then you will like this game.

Phoenix Wright is a series almost like Star Wars, in that even if you've never actually played/watched it, it's so ingrained in pop culture that you already know all the great moments and everything else about it. I never had a DS growing up so I never got to play these games before, but was really excited to. Everything that made this series so iconic back then still holds up. It is filled with great characters, detective work that requires a little thinking and is a bit more than point and click, and absolutely memorable/meme-worthy moments. The problem with this version though is the game was obviously designed for a handheld experience. The gameplay is meant for short, stop and go bursts. Playing through extended periods of time almost gets chore-like and repetitive, where even the parts you liked about the game before just start to annoy you. This would have been the perfect game to play on the bus rides to and from school or during a study hall (or even during a class) during its original release. Sitting on a computer chair or a couch plowing through a whole episode at one time is not how it was meant to be played, and you definitely feel it knock the game down a bit when you try it. I'd still very much recommend this game, everything great about it holds up. I'd just recommend taking breaks and spacing yourself out in between sessions before you get hit with a case of burn out, especially since this collection is 3 games in 1.

Want to play a somewhat competent lawyer? Then this likely not the game for you, very simplified legal process, with a lot of humor, and some puzzle thinking here and there. All in all a great game.

Game is amazing! Port itself is kind of wonky though. I had difficulty launching the game in steam. Turns out it didn't like my Bluetooth controller adapter.
