I don't know what i expected but this was not it.
The game seems to depend way too much on the blood and gore to be actually creepy, there were a few moments of semi-jumpscares in the blood maze that i really liked but those were few and far between. I never had goosebumps or was excited because of the atmosphere.
The story is very flat, it seems like you are supposed to pierce it together yourself, the game doesn't give you much otherwise.
The gameplay actually annoyed me because in the beginning you are standing there for about 5 minutes just shaking your mouse, then you are walking around in snail pace through the map, shaking your mouse every so often. There isn't much else to it, other than looking at mangled bodies and following the one path that actually leads somewhere.
You also have to play this whole thing twice for both endings...the first run took me an hour, the second one about 30 minutes.
Even though this game is pretty cheap, i don't recommend it.
