Remnant II is the sequel to the best-selling game Remnant: From the Ashes that pits survivors of humanity against new deadly creatures and god-like bosses across terrifying worlds. Play solo or co-op with two other friends to explore the depths of the unknown to stop an evil from destroying reality itself. INTENSE REMNANT COMBAT EXPERIENCE
A mix of methodical and frenetic ranged/melee combat returns with cunning enemies and large scale boss battles. Pros:
Gameplay is fun! Especially with a friend or two.
Maps are procedurally generated to a point, so whether you're playing your own story mode, or you hop into a friends, you will probably encounter different rooms and bosses.
Enemy design is pretty great.
Feels like a Souls shooter.
Puzzles are cryptic and make you feel smart when you solve them.
Cons:
Not super well optimized still (they have been patching it to fix these issues, so it'll get better)
Occasional crashes to desktop in coop mode (these are also being patched)
Ammo seems to run out fairly quickly in co-op mode. Single player was fine, but in co-op, if a teammate picks up an ammo drop it isn't shared.
Overall I would recommend this game to anyone who has played all the souls games and is looking for something fun to play while waiting for the Elden Ring DLC, and potentially even come back to later.

Remnant II is great with a few minor pain points.
Online multiplayer has noticeable input delay/slight desync, this is especially annoying when doing boss fights online as missing a dodge can often mean instant death.
Each map is random enough to where it feels like a "unique enough" individual campaign playthrough, which is amazing but can sometimes cause frustrations especially when it's not really possible to google puzzle/mapping solutions, since it's all relatively unique.
