After having played surgeon simulator on PC previously, I found the VR version much easier overall, which I kind if expected due to the intuitive controls in VR.
That being said, I enjoy the game more despite the fact that it's overall easier. It's still challenging overall, but not nearly as challenging as mouse and keyboard.
