Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus takes place after the events of Wolfenstein: The New Order, as players, will take control of BJ Blazkowicz, aka "Terror-Billy", in 1961 after the assassination of the Nazi General Deathsead. This was a short-lived victory, and you'll have to jump back into the war to save the resistance and bring back humanity's liberty.

The assassination of the Nazi General Deathsead was a short-lived victory for the resistance, as the Nazi forces remained far too potent for America's opposition to gain the upper hand. Fight new foes, protect your loved ones and allies — with returning characters, such as Anya, Caroline, Bombate, Set, Max Hass, Fergus and Wyatt — and make new ones in this campaign; it's time to jump back into the fray and spark the second American Revolution against the previously-victorious Third Reich!
The Plan: Annihilate the Nazi Forces
Although the Wolfenstein franchise is set in the past, experience futuristic weaponry that'll help you overthrow the Axis forces and bring back liberty to America. Use laser weapons, such as the Laserkraftwerk, a rapid-fire grenade launcher, Dieselkraftwerk, or go old-school with handguns, submachine guns, and hatchets; why fix what isn't broken?
