Wired Productions Direct '24 Overview

The livestream began with the announcement trailer for Gori: Cuddly Carnage! For those who aren't familiar with this title, it's set in an apocalyptic world where humanity is being destroyed by evil (yet oddly adorable) A.I. pets. What humankind once thought would be great companions turned out to be flawed and sentient murder machines! Now, it's up to Gori and his hoverboard F.R.A.N.K. to save the world. 

This 3D cyberpunk action title by Angry Demon Studio and Wired Productions now has an official release date — the 29th of August 2024! Check out the trailer to not miss out on any details.

Next up, KARMA: The Dark World was revealed! This first-person psychological horror comes to us by POLLARD STUDIO LLC., Wired Productions, and Gamera Games. In it, we take on the role of Daniel, a Roam Agent who works for Leviathan's Thought Bureau, and our job is to go back to a specific moment to use time and memories to unravel a story chock-full of love, loss, and deception.

Many of us are familiar with Deliver Us the Moon — the first entry to the sci-fi thriller franchise set in an apocalyptic near future. This game has nearly reached Overwhelmingly Positive on Steam with an 88% user score, so it's no surprise the developers, KeokeN Interactive, have been receiving messages asking for the game to make it on Switch.

Well, now it's happening! It was announced during the Direct that Deliver Us the Moon is heading to the Nintendo Switch! Although the exact date is unknown, we'll make sure to keep an eye out for it! For now, find the announcement trailer here.

Another upcoming title is Hotel Architect; this charming and goofy management title will have players making hotels all over the world. Design them, make them a reality, and then try not to get crushed under the weight of pressure! Pathos Interactive and Wired Productions are pretty hyped about this tycoon title, as it has tons of humour and a lot of customisation.

If you're looking for something to pick up and play with a loved one, it might be the right time to get Lumote: The Mastermote Chronicles! This 3D puzzle platformer will have you both scratching your heads as you try to beat challenge after challenge to go deeper. Aside from spending time with loved ones, you'll also get to look at the beautiful bioluminescent creatures and their pastel colours!

Two VR titles were announced during the Wired Productions Direct '24, and DIG VR was the first one! Players who like the idea of working hard to progress from a mini-digger to massive, powerful machines are sure to have a blast with this one!

The second VR title is one that you might already be familiar with — Arcade Paradise VR! This title works the same as the non-virtual-reality version, as you'll work to make a run-down laundromat into a fantastic arcade paradise (hah, get it?). Work hard and buy the 39 different machines, each game being a fully realised title to experience! And if that's not VR enough for you, you can always jump into the Mixed Reality Mode, where you can turn your house into your arcade.

Bulwark: Falconeer Chronicles' first of many upcoming DLCs was announced, too! This free update will add a few things to the experience, such as a new navigation compass, a new currency, new diplomatic options, three Merchant Ships, and even improved Wonders! But we don't want to spoil all the fun; check the trailer out to get a closer look at what's coming.
