The game plays a lot like the previous dark souls games.
It can be a hard game or like previous dark souls games you can summon other players to help with your boss fight, but now you also have the ability to summon a NPC to get the aggro away from you and hit a few easy hits.
Weapons are more versatile and interesting, you could easily beat the game with weapons you find early.
Quests and stories are more clear and interesting.
The map can feel a bit bland and empty, since the only thing you can do between travels is ride your horse, not like zelda, where you can play little Minigames finding a korok.

This game is enormous. The open world adds a lot to the soulsborne genre and the amount of content in this game exceeds it's $60 value. There are some random frame drops on PC, but for the most part, it performs well. The world is beautiful and there are plenty of really cool questlines and extremely difficult bosses. This is truly the culmination of FROM soft.
