UTTER CARNAGE
The game tells the story of Vinnie Cannoli and his mob family, set in the fictional Thugtown circa 1925, the height of prohibition. Beneath the city overrun by zombies, there's a dark story of conspiracy and betrayal.

You're an old-school mobster, gunning down zombies. That's really almost all you need to know; add in the fact that it's a side-scroller with some light platforming and a decent assortment of weapons, and if you're interested, you know it. The game doesn't really offer anything other than its premise, but if you like the idea, you'll have a bit of fun with it.

A short and fun 2D platformer where you kill zombies, the mafia, the army and anything else that gets in your way. It has funny cartoon graphics for the characters and backdrops which look great but unfortunately don’t hide the fact that structurally, it’s a very basic game. The theme is entertaining, the music is catchy, the voice acting is spot on and there’s a good selection of enemies and weapons to use, but it is a challenging game and at times, unfairly so.
There’s no manual aim, the jump is slow and floaty and the controls for weapon switching and how long it takes to reload take getting used to. You move slowly and take a lot of damage when hit, so it’s very easy to lose a lot of health quickly and enemies react to grenades far too quickly. The bosses are frustrating to fight because of the above and by the end, I was more glad it was over than happy in what I had achieved.
