The Jackbox Party Pack 6

All in all, a very good game! In my opinion, this is one of the best party packs so far, with lots of funny potential and good times. The only drawbacks are that you not only need a few people to actually be able to play it (and even more if you want to get the most out of the game), but also the right kind of people so that the game doesn't become stale too quickly. Definitely worth a buy though, especially if you already enjoy the jackbox party packs.

This is actually a pretty good pack all around. It has a little bit of everything. 4 star only because my group hates drawing on phones.

Generally Jackbox Party Pack 6 is hit or miss. It all comes down to your personal preferences and how you like to play these games. For myself, I typically play these games in a party setting with 10+ people every few months. Most of us have the same sense of humor and enjoy both a good laugh, as well as a fun social game. With that said we found 2/5 games to be fantastic. The worst two games would be joke boat and dictionarium. These were awkwardly paced and didn't lead to any laughs or desire to play again. Role models was ok, but given the larger group we have, people who are newer to our friend group get quickly left out. It works best with a smaller group of close friends. Trivia Murder Party 2 is excellent, a great improvement on the first and just generally a really fun trivia game. When there hasn't been too many drinks this game is a good time. Lastly there's Push The Button. I would genuinely recommend Jackbox 6 (on sale) for this game alone. If you're a fan of social deduction games like Mafia or Among us, I personally feel this is the best take on the format. The game doesn't require any complex mechanical skill or knowledge that can be used to gain an advantage. It just comes down to lying well and knowing who is playing. Now why did I rate this game 3/5. For just Trivia Murder Party and Push The Button I would give a much higher rating, but there is another issue with all Jackbox games. Due to the games requiring a persistent internet connection, but also being a social game best played with a group of friends locally these will never be "timeless" games. The moment the devs have to pull the plug on the servers that's it, the games all become unplayable. Because of the social nature of these games they should theoretically be good to play at any time, with any group of people. Old, young, experienced gamers or not, everyone can enjoy these games. But again, these games by design will not last forever. Unless you spill something or lose your box of cards against humanity, you can always play that. If you have just a deck of cards you can always play Mafia. It's a frustrating blight on an otherwise fantastic series of games, and honestly I don't understand why it needs to be this way. These games already require the use of several smart devices, so why we can't just have a Jackbox app to download, and then allow the client device to host a local server is beyond me. Jackbox Party Pack 6 is worth getting for just push the button...

Got this on sale but probably it is worth its full price no problem. The different games are fun, you can play with friends using just a phone or a tablet and that is great. For the money you spend, you get a lot of fun games, although they are not exactly family friendly (a couple of them are quite graphical), the rest can be used with family.

I'm a sucker for one-liners, so the 'Joke Boat' cruise ship game was a particular favorite for me, along with trivia deathmatch mode Trivia Murder Party. Whether it's a special occasion with friends round at your place, or just a cozy night in with the family, Party Pack 6 knows how to keep you entertained.
