About Fallout: New Vegas Ultimate Edition

About this game

Welcome Back to New Vegas!

With the introduction of the Ultimate Edition, Bethesda Softworks offers you the chance to double-down and get the complete package of New Vegas fun. For the first time in one package, you can get all the Fallout: New Vegas content including the full suite of highly acclaimed add-on content: Dead Money, Honest Hearts, Old World Blues and Lonesome Road.

To sweeten the pot, you’ll be armed with the latest cache of unique weapons, ammo types and recipes from the most recent add-on packs: Courier’s Stash and Gun Runners Arsenal. Whether you’re a seasoned explorer of the Mojave or playing the game for the first time, you’ll find there are more friends and enemies to make, more consequences to your actions and more opportunities to live in glory or infamy throughout the Wasteland. The choices you make will be as crucial to your survival as ever.

  • Beyond the Wasteland: The world of New Vegas is more expansive than ever. Each new distinct area presents a fresh set of branching-quests, remarkable personalities and more chances to play the Savior or the Pariah to the natives of New Vegas.
  • Shiny New Toys: Each add-on pack increases the mountain of armaments already at your disposal. Whether you’re an in-your-face brawler or a long-range gunner, weapons such as the Two-Step Goodbye (unique ballistic fists) or Sleepytime (a handy 10mm Sub-Machinegun) will give that warmonger in you a chance to flex your ammo-filled muscles.
  • Room to Grow: With each of the four main add-on packs, the maximum levelcap is increased by 5 levels, ultimately raising the ceiling to Level 50.
  • Dead Money: Lured into a trap masquerading as the Sierra Madre Casino, you are thrown into a high stakes game where you’ll have to work with three other lost souls if you want to survive.
  • Honest Hearts: An expedition into Utah’s Zion National Park goes horribly wrong and you become embroiled in a war between tribes and put into a conflict between a New Canaanite missionary and the mysterious Burning Man.
  • Old World Blues: Transported to the Big MT research crater, you are enlisted by the Think Tank to save them from their own science experiments that have gone horribly out of control.
  • Lonesome Road: Ulysses, the original Courier Six, contacts you and promises to answer why he refused to deliver the Platinum Chip at the start of Fallout: New Vegas, but only if you make one last journey into the treacherous canyons of the Divide.

"More wasteland to wander. New Vegas is good, but the failure to move the series on makes it feel a tiny bit stale."

"It's a game we've been wanting to play for more than a decade, a real modern re-imagining of the Fallout series, complete with that deliciously black humour. But it's also more...

Cool game, lot's of quests, items and DLC. Should run by itself on almost every pc, even on potato ones as my 5 years old laptop runs it at max graphic settings smoothly. I do recommend playing with some mods like 4gb patcher and other bug fixing ones.

The Fallout series is by far my favorite game series. But out of all of them, Fallout New Vegas is my favorite. Everything about it is awesome. Good story, good game mechanics, plenty of side missions, and if you get bored you can add mods.

Fallout New vegas is the best game out of the trilogy (fallout 4 and 76 don’t exist) and it feels the most open a fallout game can be without game breaking bugs ruining the experience

Classic Gem. Have Played 600 Plus Hours On Pc Alone. The Feel And Gameplay Is Amazing. Story Well Written. The DLC Are Some Of The Best Ive Ever Played. Loved Old World Blues. Full Of Every Emotional Moment. From Laughing At Some Conversations In Old World Blues To The Running Scared Of Legion Assassins. The Serious Tone Of NCR Ambassadors And The Ridiculous Robot Who Cant Say No. It Has Everything I Wanted In A Game And More. Yes The Graphics Are Bit Dated But Thankfully This Has Mod Support And Oh Boy With Mods This Is A Blast To Play. 100% Recommend.

Modding this game is too much fun, and the story just lands better than other Bethesda games.

One of the best in the franchise.

It's somewhat hilarious that Bethesda's best work after acquiring the Fallout franchise didn't actually come from them, and it came from Obsidian instead. It's weakest element is it's world, which suffers from a lack of interesting places to explore and vast swathes of land with not too much in the way of interesting going on, but it makes up for that with improved gun-play over Bethesda's first outing, more weapon variety, stellar writing, memorable characters and a stronger over-arching narrative, as well as sub-narratives. The faction reputation system is of course much better than the karma system as well. There's a lot to love about Fallout : New Vegas, including the fantastic DLC content. Easily the best entry in the franchise after Bethesda's acquisition. If I were credit them with anything, it'd be laying the groundwork for Obsidian to build on with the engine, world and of course, as expected from a Beth title, the modding platform.
