What's in store for ZeniMax's latest expansion DLC
Prepare to journey through the secretive Summerset Isle in the latest expansion for The Elder Scrolls: Online - which is now available to play.
ZeniMax Studios and Bethesda Softworks are welcoming returning players, and those new to the franchise, to visit the island’s lush forests, tropical lagoons, and ancient coral caves in this new zone that is even larger than last year’s huge Morrowind addition. You'll be tasked with seeking out the mysterious Psijic Order, a secret society of mages on the island of Atraeum, in order to obtain a new Skill Line with powerful, time-bending abilities.
Don’t forget to climb to Summerset’s highest peak, to the city of Cloudrest, and band together to tackle enemies in a challenging 12-player trial.
What you'll get from The Elder Scrolls Online: Summerset Standard Edition
The standard edition of the game comes with the Summerset expansion and The Elder Scrolls base game. The expansion will allow players to explore the incredible isle of Summerset, which will appear for the first time since 1994’s The Elder Scrolls: Arena - as well as a new story line, a new Psijic Order Skill Line, a new crafting ability (Jewelry Crafting) and much more.
The game also includes all of the new upgrades and features of Update 18.
The Elder Scrolls Online: Summerset Digital Collector’s Edition
As with the standard edition of the game, you'll receive the Summerset expansion and The Elder Scrolls base game - but with some additional goodies to get you started in your beautiful, fantasy surroundings. The ESO: Summerset Digital Collector’s Edition also includes:
- Exclusive Mount: Bloodshadow Wraith Steed
- Exclusive Pet: Fledgling Gryphon
- Emote Pack: House of Reveries
- Exclusive Outfit Style: Divine Prosecution
- Exclusive Memento: Psijic Scrying Talisman
What if I already own The Elder Scrolls Online?
If you're a returning player to the ESO world, you can simply upgrade your game with the latest expansion. Choose from either the standard edition upgrade or the Digital Collector's upgrade.
These upgrades will vary in additional content, with the Digital Collector's upgrade featuring exclusive mount, pet, pack, outfit style and memento.
ESO: Summerset will fully launch for Steam PC, Mac, and consoles on June 5.
