About this game

Core Keeper is a mining sandbox videogame published by Fireshine Games.

Protect Your Core

Play With Others

Your role doesn’t have to be a lonesome one, as you can play with up to seven players! Mine together, fight, farm, craft and survive — or take a break and check out their caverns instead. You might get inspiration to spruce up your own cavern!

Decent game, a bit difficult

Bought this mostly as a gift for my partner who downloaded it immediately. While they enjoyed the game, and music, they found it to be a bit too difficult and shelved it for the time being. I believe there have been a few updates since they played which might have fixed balance issues.

Core Keeper is a genuinely great game. Don't let the "early access" tag fool you into thinking there's not much in the game yet, it has an insane amount of content to go through already. I've been enjoying playing this game at almost every opportunity I'm given with my friends. Whether you enjoy combat, farming, building, exploring, or grinding, this game will offer an amazing experience and a great way to spend time with friends or family.

Fantastic game not steam deck approved tho

Amazing little game with a ton features hidden under it's hood. Ive been playing for hours and can already see it's has more depth than Stardew and terraria combined standing on each other shoulders. However it runs like crap on the steam which makes no sense.. it absolutely destroys your battery in matter of mintues frame drops and etc. Completely unoptimized for steam deck. No clue how it has the rating it does.
