It has its faults but this game is always great fun. From modding weapons, to using cars as safe havens, to running down zombies in a car non stop, I have always had fun with Dead Island. Would recommend to anyone looking for a lot of mindless fun.

Well, well, well... where do I even begin with Dead Island Definitive Edition? This game is a zombie apocalypse like no other. I mean, who needs a boring old survival game when you can have one that's filled with the undead trying to rip you apart?
First of all, the graphics are so good that it's almost like you're actually there. Except, you know, without the smell of rotting flesh and the risk of becoming a human happy meal.
The game starts off with you waking up in a hotel room with a wicked hangover, but little did you know that the party was just getting started... except it's a party of zombies. Yay! You get to run around the island trying to survive while completing quests for various people. And by quests, I mean you get to do all sorts of things, like fetch items, kill zombies, and even help some dude get his teddy bear back.
But the best part of the game? The weapons. You can find all sorts of things lying around the island, like baseball bats, knives, and even a freaking chainsaw. It's like a game of scavenger hunt, but instead of finding Easter eggs, you're finding weapons to kill zombies with.
All in all, Dead Island Definitive Edition is the perfect game for anyone who wants to kill some time and some zombies. Just make sure you have enough snacks and drinks nearby because once you start playing, you won't want to stop. Unless, of course, a zombie bites you and turns you into one of them. Then you'll have to stop... or you can just keep playing as a zombie. Who knows, maybe it'll be a whole new gaming experience.
