Including release date, when the beta will release and what to expect

The latest sports management title from developer Sports Interactive’s Football Manager series is getting ever closer to release, but how much do we know about the game as of yet? Football Manager 2023, published by SEGA, still hasn’t revealed all of its secrets, but there are a few pieces of information that have been revealed.
FM23 Release Date
For one thing, we already have a release date set for 8th November, 2022, exactly one year after FM22’s release!
That release date is set for each and every one of the various different versions of FM233, though for the flagship title on PC and Mac, players have a chance to get at the management simulator much sooner. There’s a special pre-order deal going on right now which provides an early access experience for the two weeks before the official release date.
When will the Beta version be released?

While no date has been officially released, the beta version of the game usually launches two weeks prior to the release date of 8th of November. With the beta version, we will get our first look at the new features and enhancements, as well as all of the updates to player attributes, transfer updates, new managers and more. As we only sell official licensed PC keys, any pre-order from Fanatical will allow you to unlock the Beta when it arrives.
Updates to FM23 Licences
As far as what’s actually going into the game itself, we don’t have a lot of information yet, but we do know that FM23 has the licences for the UEFA Champions League, Europa League, Europa Conference League, and Super Cup, with more likely to be on the way. Additionally, Sports Entertainment has also pledged to provide more updates on both additional licences and new features for FM23 starting in late September, with even more upgrades to the game coming in October. These updates will be sent through the official Football Manager social media pages and the free-to-join Football Manager Fan Club (or FMFC), but you will be able to keep up to date right here.
In retrospect, that might not seem like a lot, but that was everything we currently know about Football Manager 2023. Personally, the fact that Sports Interactive already has a schedule set up to tell us more is what’s exciting me the most! In any case, however, make sure you don’t forget about FM23’s release on 8th November or about how you can get the game for 25% off with an extra two weeks of play before it even releases.
