Still playing it....loving it. It has some weird little issues here n there but if you're a DBZ fan there is NO WAY you won't enjoy this. They really went in hard on this one.
Also if you grew up on the Funimation version then you should DEFINITELY look up the Faulconer music mod. Perfection.

Finally a good DBZ RPG in a long time... If you are a fan of the series you will most likely love this game. Combat is great and the exploration is fun since you get to see familiar areas from the series. Boss fights are can be challenging yet rewarding when you overcome them.

An RPG without RPG elements, or a dumbed down fighting game? Probably both. Kakarot in essence is that one tabletop RPG GM who REALLY loved that one anime, and is forcing you to stick to the plot, not allowing you to experiment, level up on your own, and create your own legacy. Why even make it an RPG if you're not allowed to make your own choices? I'd forgive it if at least the combat was enjoyable... but it isn't. Oh, also the collectible figure mini-game doesn't work.
