It's nowhere near perfect; it's a serviceable way to play the game on modern platforms. It does not include the content provided by FES, instead a few quality-of-life addition such as quick saving. It does not have the mechanic that Persona 4 Golden introduced which is to see what other players did during the day, nor can you request help like in P4G. The backgrounds and character stills vary in quality. If you're new to Persona 3 this is a fine and accessible way to play it.

A modern masterpiece, this game is 100% worth your time even in it's reduced portable format. What's lost in the 3D cutscenes, is more than made up for with the introduction of the Female protagonist route. The story, the characters, the music, are all beyond excellent, and help this old PSP game stand the test of time.
If you've never played P3 before, do yourself a favor and step into the Dark Hour!

I began with the persona series with the 5th game. I loved it, and wanted to try other games in the series, I began the 4th one, but didn't finished it.
The 3rd re-release made me interested once more in the series, the story is solid, and the gameplay is a little bit odd but effective. I really recommend it
