Röki is a cozy and emotional game. The visual style is pretty unique and the world of the game is at the same time, beautiful and dangerous. The gameplay follows the usual style of adventure games, you solve puzzles by using the many items you find scattered across this fantastical world. There are a lot of heartfelt moments, the characters that you meet are fascinating and the atmosphere created is relaxing. The ending left me wanting more.

Do you like North Mythology (latest God of War, Banner Saga, Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice)? This game is a point and click adventure, heavy on lore and history (it is not an action-based game and it does not have an advanced combat system). The graphics are beautiful hand-drawn sceneries, do not expect next-gen graphics with Ray Tracing technology.
In short, the game is designed for lovers of heavy lore-based games with a North Mythology setting.
