About Sifu

About this game

SIFU is an intense and strategic martial arts fighting game that will test your skills like never before. Developed by Sloclap, this game features beautiful 3D graphics and animations, making the fights look realistic and exhilarating.

A Tale of Death

Yang, a disgraced student of a martial arts school, forms a raid against his former master in search to attain revenge for his expulsion. After slaying all of the students, he joins the other raiders — Fajar "The Botanist", Sean "The Fighter", Kuroki "The Artist", and Jinfeng "The CEO" — in taking down the sifu; the master of the school. After successfully defeating his former master, Yang finds the sifu's only child and orders Fajar to slit his throat.

Enact Vengeance

Take control of Lee, the child of the former sifu, who was resurrected by the power of an ancient talisman. After spending years training, Lee now has trained and seeks to kill those who participated in the raid; however, perhaps revenge isn't the correct Wude, martial morality, to pursue. Attain your vengeance, or follow a path of enlightenment and spare your opponents.

Fast-paced Martial Arts-based Combat

You'll have to put your reflexes and strategic thinking to the test as you battle your way through hordes of opponents, each with its own unique fighting style. There are dozens of different combos and techniques to learn, so you can customize your own fighting style to suit your needs. With SIFU, you'll have hours of challenging and rewarding gameplay.

You have probably seen the trailers, you have probably seen streamers play this, but how does it actually play out? Well, obviously from my perspective I just love it. I really don't want to use term 'souls-like' here, but it is appropriate. You will die a lot. Each time you die you do get a little bit better, then when you think you have gotten good enough and move onto the next stage and the whole process starts over again. Here is the twist, the death mechanic will have you re-evaluate how you will progress, how you will choose your skills, and how you kick and punch your way through.
