This is the Steam version of Scorn; if you're interested in purchasing the title for Epic Games, please head on over to the Epic Games version of Scorn on the website!
Experience an atmospheric first-person horror title with Scorn as you delve into a murky and nightmarish realm filled with strange inhabitants. Explore the unsettling, maze-like lands and experience true desolation as you are thrown in the middle of a world and must learn to reside in it.
Each location has its own story theme that you must piece together in order to make total sense of the overarching narrative. Explore the open-ended world filled with interconnected areas, interact with characters and puzzles that make these lands a cohesive world, and make sense of this wasteland you now call home.
As you advance throughout Scorn's campaign, discover new maze-like areas, each filled with things to find and discover. Unlock new skill sets, weapons, and numerous items that will help you traverse the unrelenting lands.
Live through every terrifying truth via first-person perspective; with no cutscenes, you'll have to experience everything first-hand. Be wary, however, as the game offers no sympathy for the absentminded. As you explore the world, experience full body animation as your player character interacts with the world around you; pick up objects with your hands and interact with machines and instruments operated by grabbing controls to provide total immersion.
Scorn is filled with unimaginable threats, and the scarcity of supplies only further deepens this truth. Use limited inventory space and ammo to fight back your foes, but be wary of the ever-dwindling stock, as you'll soon find yourself with nothing to defend yourself with. Pick and choose your battles, as fighting through every encounter won't be an option; learn when to fight, take cover, and flee, and how each of these decisions affect the world around you.
