In this upgraded version of Tokyo Xanadu, you'll guide high school student Kou Tokisaka through the nightmarish realm of Eclipse on a quest across Morimiya City battling hordes of dreaded monsters. Character Interactions and New Scenarios
Tokyo Xanadu eX+ transforms Morimiya City into a vast, interactive cityscape. The player has the chance to interact with various characters, build relationships, forge alliances, upgrade equipment, and even engage in mini-games. Following the main story, you can delve into unique tales of the Wielders that were previously unexplored, leading to a fresh quest, prolonging the adventure.
Exciting New Modes and Characters
The game introduces new playable characters, including the enigmatic knight, White Shroud, who wields unrivalled strength and the powers of light. Alongside these new characters are new monsters, dungeons, and formidable bosses. The addition of new modes like 'Time Attack' and 'Boss Rush' further enhance the dynamics of the gameplay. This is a really fun game. The story was very engaging, and I really appreciated that there's an easy mode that's actually easy enough to breeze through if you're only there for the story (but there are also harder difficulties if that's what you're into). Though I did think the combat was fun, especially since it was live instead of turn-based. I actually did NewGame+ on this, and I very, very rarely play a game twice. I liked the characters, and I'd really like to see a sequel with the same characters (especially certain ones which aren't playable until very, very late in the game, but which were my favorites). I do wish the art style of the figures in the actual gameplay had been better (more like the anime art style of the character profiles); even if they'd done proper animated cutscenes, it would have been better.

Its a great game! Best part is that its not a scam "Surprise" Bundle game either!! Buy it on sale and you get this game instead of 10 of the worst ninety nine cent games you've ever played or already own! Buy it now and you can save yourself from ever having to come back to Fanatical's site and seeing any more of those scam bundles for weeks to come because you will be so engrossed in this game that you wont want to be robbed by some ponzi scheme dealing site!! A jrpg set in a fictional city on the outskirts of Tokyo. Was designed for the PS Vita, so some graphics don't translate well to a bigger screen, but it still looks pretty good overall. I haven't played too much of it, but I think it has a decent story. If you like exploring dungeons and eating yakisoba bread to heal hp, then this is for you.

This game is like a mash up of the Persona 5's school life sim and modern Ys combat. I recommend it if you're a fan of both. I thoroughly enjoyed it although the dialogue can run a bit long and overstays its welcome.
