About Total War: WARHAMMER III

About this game

The coming conflict will engulf all. Will you conquer your daemons? Or command them? It's time to find out with your Total War: WARHAMMER III Steam PC key. In this action strategy from renowned developer Creative Assembly, you'll lead one of four initial races in a gripping war for survival.

CAUSE FOR CHAOS

Far beyond the world and its petty wars there exists a dimension of pure, malevolent magic: The Realm of Chaos. It is a terrible place, incomprehensible to the mortal mind. It whispers promises of power, but to behold it is to be seduced by it.

To relinquish your soul to it... to become it.

CHOOSE YOUR ARMY. LEAD YOUR PEOPLE

The four Ruinous Powers rule over this place, ever seeking to slip their bonds and engulf the world in a tide of daemonic corruption. Nurgle, the plague god; Slaanesh, the lord of excess; Tzeentch, the changer of ways; and Khorne, the god of blood and slaughter.

On the border between the worlds, two mighty kingdoms stand sentinel: the stern warriors of Kislev and the vast empire of Grand Cathay. But each is beset by its own trials, and now both have cause to cross the threshold and send their armies into the Realm of Chaos.

The world stands on a precipice, and a single push will plunge it into cataclysm. There is one who schemes to achieve just that, an ancient figure who desires nothing less than to wield supreme power. But to succeed, he will need a champion…

Choose from nine playable Legendary Lords that will lead your race into battle, and enjoy a wider selection of individual races than any previous Total War: WARHAMMER core title.

Brand New Legendary Lord: The Daemon Prince!

  • Rise in the name of Chaos Undivided as the immortal Daemon Prince, leading the Legion of Chaos. Create your own unique daemonic design, and unleash the combined power of the four Chaos Gods upon your enemies!
  • Earn Daemonic Glory, a currency specific to the Daemon Prince.
  • Trade your Daemonic Glory for new attributes, weapons, spells and stat boosts.
  • Customise your own unique combination of artefacts, abilities and appendages.
  • Create terrifying armies from Daemonic units of each of the four Chaos Gods.
  • Choose to pledge allegiance to one of the Chaos Gods or remain loyal to Chaos Undivided!

Overall good, graphical and content upgrades over the previous titles. However, I have experienced more bugs in 20 hours with this game than I did in 175 hours of Warhammer 2. All the bugs have been annoyances and not game breakers which is why the overall experience is still good, if they can iron out the game it will be a positive experience on all fronts.

It was a beautiful story... I was playing as a Bretonnian, my favorite. Me and the Fay Enchantress started building a friendship at the beginning of the game. I helped her a couple of times in battle. Our friendship continued to grow. I gave her a settlement, and then we were military allies, this was still early in the game. As time continued to pass, I would send her gifts of gold. She would gain more settlements and eliminate the surrounding threats. We were the best of friends. Everything was going so well. I had three settlements, I got one from eliminating that Red Duke vampire, and she had about nine. As she continued to explore and expand, I sat back to try and focus on saving some gold and focusing on diplomacy. It was all going well. Of course, that was until the day... the day when the vampires came back... I really don't know what happened, but suddenly my archenemy, The Red Duke, the foe that I eliminated, appeared by my settlement and my capital with big armies. It was too late to do anything. Suddenly, more vampires appeared across the land. They were taking over friendly settlements. After the vampires, other enemy factions appeared and started attacking near us. It was getting bad. My good friend the Fay Enchantress was losing her settlements. I was under siege. As I was waiting for the battle, I somehow had the misfortune to get the plague. I lost most of my troops in garrison, and I lost most of my troops in my army. The siege was continuing, and the battle was to be soon. I called out to all of my allies for help including my good friend, the Fay Enchantress. Suddenly, her capital was under siege by some minotaur clan with big armies. It was pretty close to the end for both of us. It was time. The battle was about to start very soon. I thought I was going to fight this battle alone, but one ally showed up out of the many I called for help. It was my good friend, the Fay Enchantress. While her capital was under siege, she came with her army to help me. The battle began. I only had six troops combined with the garrison in the army, and we were all low on health from the plague. She was with her unicorn and had a large army, but the enemy had a larger army. We fought the battle together until the very end. She healed me and my hero paladin so that we could have a chance to fight. We all did some serious damage, much better than I thought we would do to the enemy. She lost all of her troops. It was only me (legendary lord), her,...
