A long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away... LucasArts started with a Genre called "Point&Click" Adventures! Sorry I don't know if they were the first ever with "Point&Click Adventures, but if I hear Point&Click first thing in mind is LucasArts and vice versa! I can't count the many hours playing the Point&Click from LucasArts a long loooooong time ago on my Amiga500! And here in this Pack you get four of the best Adventures ever made!!! Ahh, nice to feel young again playing them :) Definitely a MUST HAVE in any Game Library! If you don't have it, go get this Pack because it is worth every Cent!

LucasArts Adventure Pack Review

Staff Review
A host of point-and-click adventures, the LucasArts Adventure Pack contains classics from a time when the genre dominated the gaming landscape in the early 90s. A nostalgic trip for some and a piece of history for others, the LucasArts Adventure Pack contains four awesome blasts from the past.

A lovely pack full of nostalgia. I think the games hold up rather well, as long as you have any interest in retro point and click adventures or want to revisit the games from your childhood. You might want to have a walkthrough at hand to counter some of the classic adventure game logic, though.

This is a great nostalgia pack for a great price. Granted, the games haven't been optimized to run on modern computers, particularly running on 16:9 displays as the original proportion is 4:3, but it should at least be considered a great collector's item on any Steam collection. If you enjoyed playing these games way back when, this will definitely take you back. If you haven't, well, this is a piece of computer game history that you might wanna take a look at.

Sometimes the best part of a game isn’t the cutting edge graphics, or the surround sound or voice acting. Sometimes all you really want is that hit of nostalgia that takes you back to being a kid and the good times you had. It also doesn’t hurt if the game in question is also a lot of fun and that is something LucasArts adventure games nailed: fun and nostalgia. These were some of my favourite games growing up back in the late 80’s and early 90’s. This was the golden age of adventure gaming.

Great collection of some absolute classics in the genre. Ports are excellent and the games run fine on Steam. Some of the puzzles are a little obtuse and will require some outside of the box (or game) thinking, but that's a part of their charm.

Three of those games (The Dig came out a few years later) are among my childhood's favorites. Loom might have age but Indiana Jones, especially Fate of Atlantis, still look amazing for pixel art point & click games. A must-do for anyone who appreciate good old things.
