HISTORIC CRUSADES
Playing as either Richard the Lionheart or the Saladin, Sultan of Syria, players will lead their determined group of Crusaders, forged by centuries of barbaric warfare, into large-scale battles. Stronghold Crusader HD features several campaigns documenting the First, Second and Third Crusades, as well as conflicts within the individual Crusader states. Experience battles such as Nicea, Heraclea, siege of Antioch, Krak des Chevaliers and the Siege of Jerusalem, as well as the Crusader Trails from the Stronghold Warchest and Stronghold Crusader Extreme.

HD UPGRADE
Thanks to new high-res graphics, gamers will not only see the game from a whole new perspective, but the way that you control your soldiers changes too. The new HD battlefield view allows players to zoom out and play in real-time, with the entire map available to view on one screen.

DOUBLE THE FUN
In Stronghold Crusader HD, you’ll have access to both Stronghold Crusader and Stronghold Crusader Extreme. Extreme has all of the excitement that the original Stronghold Crusader includes, but with a few extra perks.
The unit cap has been increased from 1,000 to an astounding 10,000 troops, as well as special Tactical Powers, such as the Arrow Volley, and new buildings make their appearance alongside the Crusader Extreme skirmish trail.
