Played as SP. Weaker then main series (short, a lot of returning to old locations, sisters can be annoying) but fight is still good, story is OK and some locations are nicely designed with secrets and alterative routes.

don't bother with single player. This game is only truly wonderful when co-op is played. all the glitching, all the cheesey dialogue the balancing that comes with an extra gun firing at enemies... It just combines to make a experience that's so bad you can't help but laugh at it with your buddy and it becomes good.

As a huge fan of the new Wolfenstein games, I can say this game is disappointing but playable. It suffers quite a bit from being designed for co-op play - bullet-spongey enemies, lighter emphasis on story, re-used areas for repetitive sidequests - but it does still have some solid shooting and some fun dialogue/cut-scenes. If you're desperate for some more Wolfenstein and have already replayed the good ones several times, I'd recommend buying this on a steep sale. But if you're looking for a fully-satisfying shooter campaign, you're gonna want to stick to the single-player games.

It's a step down from Wolfenstein 2 which was already a step down from 'the new order'.
