The game itself is rather thoughtfully designed, contains lots of Sega fanservice/references/call backs as expected. There's plenty of reasons why players are divided between which is the better game when it comes to this and its sequel, Transformed.
The PC port itself here is just fine, but could have better. There's an independent settings .exe that can be launched, but it only offers the most rudimentary of adjustable display settings. I had to go into NVIDIA control panel just to force anisotropic filtering x16, which made for a huge improvement as the game's textures looked incredibly blurry before doing that.
