Explore The Lands
Throughout Kingmaker, you'll explore the Stolen Lands — a territory that has been contested for centuries now, and hundreds of kingdoms have risen and fallen in it. Now it's your chance to try and make your own, with hopes that it will withstand everything.
Start Conquering
It won't be as easy as planting a flag on the land, however; you'll need to survive the harsh wilderness. enemy nations, and even the dangerous traitors in your own court. In order to conquer the land, you'll need to do some classic dungeon crawling, explore the land, develop your kingdom, and — most importantly — work on your diplomacy and politics.
Customise Your Character
In order to be strong enough to succeed in the dungeons and fights, you'll need strength! So build your character and customise your class and powers! Choose from a multitude of class abilities skills, and feats to make your very own hero... or villain!
Who You Trust...
Throughout your journey, you'll meet a diverse cast of characters, and some of them will become your companions. Choose who you give your trust to carefully, as each person has their agenda and alignment, and they may stray from yours.
The End
Some decisions you make will affect your game, as your kingdom is a reflection of your character and will change according to what you choose. Your alignment, your allies, and your ability to lead people will all have an impact on your life; not only will the capital city of your kingdom change, but you'll also get the attention of the surrounding nations.

Got this game because i was hooked on baldurs gate 3 and this looked very similar. I was not disappointed after i started playing it. If youre into baldurs gate you'll love pathfinder also

If you enjoy CRPGs you will most likely enjoy Kingmaker. The game is dense, the world is fun, and the story is a fantastic adventure. I would warn that you should look up a starter guide on the kingdom management if you want to get the most out of a single playthrough though.

This game is a pretty faithful representation of the tabletop game and scratched my itch for it. Great characters, cool equipment, and an interesting story all combine into a fun experience. I will say you may need to look up how to do some things as it isn't explained very well, but that mostly has to do with Kingdom Management.

Simply one of the greatest CRPGs of all time. The scope of the game is massive, your choices matter, exploration is fun and important to succeed (adventure awaits!). The actual kingdom management is stressful and makes you care about your kingdom's status and its subjects. This is a game for all lovers of RPGs but perhaps mostly for the nerds of old who spent countless hours around a table and rolled dice amongst lifelong friends (Much love my fellow nerds!).
Game is kinda brutal in terms of difficulty. Luckily the game does provide a lot of options. The game is very much accessible for every type of player and I think it's handled really well. In short, don't be afraid to tweak these settings if it means you'll enjoy the game and it's fantastic story, characters and the sheer amount of content it, in fact does, provide.
