This game has an interesting "Live. Die. Repeat." premise that any rogue like / rogue lite fan would find familiar. You continually awake on a space station. Something has gone very wrong. You gradually make your way through, becoming stronger and more capable with each new iteration of yourself.
The issue is the core game loop never quiet justifies the time or effort. For all the abilities you gain, there is never a fundamental change in how each type of adversarial android reacts to you. Some may have floating companions providing them shields, but all you have to do is strafe around them or move around the level to attack from a different angle.
You will gradually see the same weapons, perks and items on offer at the end of level reward bots - EXCEPT the Twitch drops you spent two hours on a partnered channel to obtain.
You can link your Steam account, your Twitch account, observe the drops being in your Twitch inventory, but never in the game after redeeming them. The two weapons barely ever appear, and even if they did, you can verify the weapon skins are missing at the "paint station" when you begin a run,
It's unfortunate, because if you enjoy the "something went really, really wrong on this space station!" games in other subgenres like immmersive sims (System Shock) or survival horror (Alien Isolation), this could have been the game to bring that manner of environment to a rogue like, but most of it comes as being arranged by AI rather than hand crafted by a level designer.
This may evolve into a better product over time, but I can really only assess what I paid for that is currently in front me.
